As a Domestic Sales Head, ensuring to achieve sales growth with better contribution margin, by leading a team of Regional Sales Managers and channel partners is a key to succeed. Role and Responsibilities - Managing overall customer relationships. - Formulate annual business plan / sales budget for pan India market. - Develop a comprehensive Sales plan / forecast (monthly, quarterly). - Identify and develop potential new customers for the business. - Responsible for regional market mapping and growth in market share. - Identify agencies to promote business through channel partners. - Conducting demand-supply analysis by keeping abreast of Market trends, capacities, operating rates, competitive behaviour, customer demand through active market intelligence and engagemnet with market research agencies. - Plan, monitor and review pricing, order bookings, execution of dispatch schedules and collection in a dynamic business environment. - Negotiation of prices, credit terms and other commercial aspects with major customers. - Ensuring effective handling of customer requests and complaints. - Coordinate the customer audits and product qualification procedures. - Identifying opportunities for new products within AI business for diversifying the business risks and improvement of profitability. - Engagement with Operations team for ensuring product specifications and regulatory compliance in line with customer requirements.
