Vice President - Sales - BFSI Sector - IT - West

Job Description :


- The candidate should have strong industry relationships within the BFSI sector and a solid background in net- new acquisition.


Client Details:

Our client is a profitable SaaS product organization with strong, established operations across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

Description:

- Lead the end- to- end West sales charter for the organisation, owning revenue, forecasting, and pipeline health.

- Build, mentor, and scale a high- performing sales organisation, with strong people- management credentials and prior experience leading mid- sized to large teams.


- Drive strategic account acquisition across mid- market and enterprise segments, with hands- on familiarity selling SaaS products within India.


- Oversee sales planning, GTM execution, quarterly planning, and process optimization across the sales funnel.

- Partner closely with marketing, customer success, and product leadership to drive a cohesive growth strategy.


- Bring strong experience in building repeatable, data- driven sales motions, and implementing sales frameworks suitable for fast- scaling SaaS environments.

Profile:

- 10-20 years of experience, with at least 8-10 years in SaaS sales and a strong track record of selling into BFSI

- ICs with strong hunting background or connections in BFSI segment are also preffered.


- Deep understanding of India's enterprise and mid- market buyer landscape, specifically in BFSI.


- Strong executive presence, data- driven decision making, and the ability to navigate fast- paced, evolving environments.

- Mumbai- based or open to relocating to Mumbai.
