KRA's :

- He will be responsible for sales targets for the assigned region through sales planning and lead generation.

- Channel partner management, promotion planning, and customer negotiations drive promotions, and handle customer meetings and negotiations.

- This position is for ensuring implementation of project marketing campaigns for generating leads for projects.

- Will lead a large team and drive high-performance culture.

Experience :

- Minimum 18+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with minimum 6-8 years in Real Estate.

- Proven experience with Township, Large Residential, and Commercial Projects.

- Experience working at National / Zonal / Global levels with leading Real Estate developers.

- Candidate should have a stable career with significant contributions at each organization, preferably from professional real estate companies with competitive environments.
