Vice President - Sales & Marketing - PEB/Steel/Industrial Construction Sector

The Vice President Sales & Marketing will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and leading the overall sales and marketing strategy of the organization. This is a leadership role requiring strong business acumen, industry expertise, and team management capabilities

Role & responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with business objectives

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business growth

- Identify new business opportunities in PEB, steel structures, and industrial projects

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and stakeholders

- Oversee tendering, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations

- Drive both B2B marketing initiatives, including ATL & BTL activities

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

- Collaborate with design, project, and operations teams for seamless project execution

- Establish brand positioning and improve market visibility

- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review

Preferred candidate profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical preferred); MBA in Marketing is an added advantage

- 20 + years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in PEB/steel/industrial construction sector

- Proven track record in handling large-scale projects and achieving sales targets

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- In-depth understanding of industrial and infrastructure markets
