- The company's original focus was on the hospitality and real-estate industries, though they now serve clients across multiple sectors, Work with the VP of Operations and VP of Business Services to identify new services to launch.

- Identify and build a target client list for new services.

- Put together marketing collateral explaining the service and its benefits.

- Work with the VP of Business Services to determine the best avenues to reach target clients and reach out to them.

- Put together an action plan and send it to the CEO.

- Experience in F&A domain is an added advantage.


Sales & Marketing:

Generate leads:

- Social Media Marketing

- Research search engines to build a target client list for existing services.

Develop collateral:

- Put together marketing collateral explaining the service and its benefits.

- Put together presentations for interested clients.

- Keep the website up to date with service offerings.

Branding initiatives:

- Create news articles.

- Press releases on major milestones

- Identify relevant trade publications and post advertisements.

Search Engine Optimization:

- Google

Conferences:

- Identify the most relevant conferences to attend/sponsor.

- Find industry experts to promote us through speaking engagements.

RFIs and RFPs

- Identify the best way to get on the list for RFIs and RFPs

- Work with the VP of Operations and VP of Business Services in putting together and submitting RFIs and RFPs

Transitions

- Communicate client requirements to the VP of Operations, VP of Business Services, and transition lead.

Company Initiatives

- Liaison with other VP of Operations, VP of Business Services, and Directors to identify areas of opportunity for new services.

- Liaison with other VP of Operations, VP of Business Services, and Directors to identify areas of opportunity to Come up with one large (or two to three smaller) initiative(s) that will have a big impact on the client, team, or company.

- Work with VPs to implement company initiatives.
