We seek an exceptional VP Sales Leader to drive the Industrial Sales segment for a leading Pan-India FTL logistics platform. This role demands a high-performing hunter-farmer to accelerate new business acquisition, manage key accounts, and build a world-class sales organization to deliver aggressive YoY growth.
Core Responsibilities:
- Accelerate Revenue: Exceed individual and team targets through aggressive hunting for new industrial FTL business and effective farming of key accounts (upsell/cross-sell).
- Architect Growth: Design and execute data-driven sales strategies to capture maximum market share in the FTL landscape.
- Lead RFQ & Bids: Orchestrate end-to-end participation in high-value RFQs; develop compelling proposals; negotiate and win major contracts.
- Build & Coach Teams: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-impact 5-10 member sales team across industrial hubs, driving 110%+ quota attainment.
- Provide Strategy: Offer market intelligence and champion technology adoption to refine service offerings and company strategy.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 15-20 years in Road Freight Logistics Sales; 8+ years in senior FTL leadership.
- Expertise: Proven hunter-farmer track record scaling industrial sector pipelines (FMCG, Auto, Chemical) from 100+ Cr. Deep RFQ/bid experience.
- Mindset: Strategic, data-driven, proficient in CRM, and expert in FTL market dynamics.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build and inspire high-performing, distributed teams.
