Please find below mentioned job description: Position: VP Revenue( Sales) Location: Chennai/ Remote Industry: SaaS Key Responsibilities: a. Developing and growing a team of full-stack sales professionals who will prospect, sell, retain and expand into accounts in our target market segments. b. Developing and growing a team of full-stack growth marketers who will drive brand awareness, product awareness, demand generation, full-funnel engagement and customer value. c. Developing and growing a team of full-stack customer success and account managers who will drive onboarding, product adoption, support, customer satisfaction and account expansion. d. Developing and growing the revenue operations team responsible for marketing and sales tech stack, analytics & insights, operations and enablement. e. Driving and leading excellence, consistency, predictability and accountability. f. Collaborate with product development to continuously improve the product experience and offerings g. Counseling and collaborating with the executive team on strategic planning, goals setting and periodic business reviews Required qualifications: 1. Strong understanding of end-to-end SaaS GTM, especially Account Based marketing and selling, driven by intent signals 2. Strong sales background and orientation 3. Ability and track record to build and lead GTM teams in India serving the North American market 4. Think long term and execute with short term rigor 5. Experience selling into the sales and marketing organizations 6. Experience selling into mid market and enterprise markets 7. 'Player-coach' leader who hires, coaches and develops high performing GTM teams, while leading the sales teams from the front 8. Hands-on and has strong influence over the team's performance and business outcomes at all times 9. Excellent ability to organize, prioritize and multitask 10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 11. Believes in and embodies servant-leadership style
