About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Vice President of Revenue & Operations to lead our growth engine and operational execution. This executive will oversee all revenue-generating functionssales, marketing, customer success, and partnershipswhile ensuring our operational infrastructure scales efficiently to support growth. The ideal candidate is both a strategist and an operator: capable of architecting revenue systems and processes while driving disciplined execution across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Leadership:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy to drive predictable and sustainable revenue growth.

- Lead and scale sales, marketing, and customer success teams with a focus on efficiency, accountability, and performance.

- Define and manage KPIs across the revenue organization to ensure alignment with company objectives.

- Optimize pricing, packaging, and sales processes for scalability and profitability.

- Partner with Product and Finance to identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities.

Operational Excellence:

- Oversee business operations, ensuring systems, processes, and teams are structured for growth and agility.

- Implement scalable operational frameworks, automation tools, and data-driven decision-making practices.

- Collaborate with Finance to build accurate forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking models.

- Drive cross-functional alignment between GTM, operations, and product teams to enhance execution.

- Champion operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the organization.

Leadership & Culture:

- Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams across revenue and operations.

- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centricity.

- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on revenue and operational strategy.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in revenue leadership roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Operations), with at least 5 years in a senior or executive position.

- Proven track record of scaling revenue from $X to $Y (insert specifics relevant to your company size/stage).

- Strong background in operational management, systems design, and process optimization.

- Deep understanding of SaaS, subscription, or B2B business models (if applicable).

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

- Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in [industry or market, e.g., SaaS, fintech, consumer tech].

- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker).

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred but not required).
