Vice President - Retail Leasing - Real Estate

Job Description : Retail Leasing - Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the retail leasing function for commercial and retail assets, ensuring optimal occupancy and tenant mix.

- Develop and execute leasing strategies to attract national and international retail brands.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, brokers, consultants, and industry partners.

- Oversee the entire leasing process: prospecting, negotiations, documentation, and handover.

- Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize asset value.

- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, projects, operations) to ensure seamless execution of lease agreements.

- Prepare and present regular leasing reports and business plans to senior management.

- Mentor and lead the leasing team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 12+ years of relevant experience in retail leasing, preferably with a reputed developer or IPC.

- Proven track record in leasing large-scale commercial/retail projects and managing high-value transactions.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Deep understanding of the Gurgaon/NCR retail real estate market.

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
