Hiring for Vice President (VP) Residential Sales

Location: Kolkata (Outstation candidates may also be considered if Hometown is in Kolkata)
Required:
- Handled multiple residential projects with ticket size 2 Cr+
- Must have more than 10+ Years of experience
- Strong individual revenue contribution, 100-150+ units sold in the past year.
- Smart, confident, with good English communication skills.
- Fair knowledge of the Kolkata market or prior work experience in Kolkata
- MBA / Bachelors Degree in Marketing & Sales
Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver revenue, bookings, and unit sales targets across multiple residential projects.
- Drive high sales velocity, faster inventory liquidation, and superior closure ratios.
- Lead, push, and scale large on-site and channel sales teams with strong accountability.
- Ensure strong individual contribution in addition to team performance.
- Execute pricing, schemes, and go-to-market strategies to outperform competition.
- Build and dominate channel partner networks to maximize market penetration.
- Track pipeline rigorously-leads, site visits, conversions, and collections.
- Provide sharp market intelligence and competitive insights to management.
