Description:
Role and responsibilities:
- Manage team of Analysts/Team Members including goal setting/monitoring, performance management, learning compliance, career development
- Manage daily activities to ensure service levels and quality standards are achieved, and change requirements are completed to agreed timelines.
- Includes processing/authorizing daily work requests as required
- Support Manager, Counterparty Data Management with resource planning to optimize workforce, and performance
- Assess operational risk and efficiency to reduce risk and uplift work practices. Maintain standard operating procedures
- Understanding of ControlIQ to plan and measure team performance
Essential Criteria:
- 5 to 6 years leadership experience
- Solid experience within a similar environment with a demonstrated understanding of (preferably corporate & institutional and/or markets) product, processes and systems
- Extensive prior request servicing and authorization experience is required
- Experience using ControlIQ for planning and performance oversight
