Our client is a leading Investment bank and actively seeking an experienced Vice President - Talent Acquisition with experience in operational hiring, stake holder management and financial hiring from Banking and Financial background preferably. Some of the key responsibilities will include to: - Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career, and graduate hiring. - Experience in setting up/managing shared services recruitment teams. - Plan and develop a strategic approach and initiatives to meet the recruitment targets. - Working towards identifying and implementing robust recruitment processes and ensuring strong source mix, recruitment metrics and proactive channels of sourcing - Ensure timely delivery of targets and build strong proactive pipeline for talent through market understanding and foreseeing the business requirements across India - Building strong vendor partnerships - Work towards employer branding both internally and externally - Build stronger understanding and visibility of competition and geographical landscape - Exercise cost saving strategies and deliver to recruiting budgets along with ensuring strong recruitment compliance - Excellent command of English, with outstanding writing and speaking skills.
