Education: CA/ CPA Qualified

Location: Pune

- Chartered Accountant (CPA equivalent) or a master's degree in accounting, business, or finance (other disciplines will be considered in case of relevant accounting experience) 22+ years of experience, having managed a team of 500+ people in the manufacturing industry.

- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

- Proficiency in various packages and tools such as Oracle, SAP, JDE, Power BI, HFM and One Stream .

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive change

- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills .

- Lead or participate in projects related to the implementation or upgrade of ERPs, own ERP implementation, and drive user adoption and training

- Develop and maintain a strong internal control environment, ensuring compliance with internal control policies, procedures, and SOX requirements

- Lead and manage the entire Record to Report (RTR) process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting

- Lead engagement planning and manage engagement economics and engagement risk and timeline

- Coordinate the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely completion of financial close activities and key KPIs .

- Profile stability mandatory.
