Vice President - Real Estate Fund Raising & Investor Relations

VP Real Estate Fundraising & Investor Relations (7-12 yrs)

Role & responsibilities:

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven professional to lead fundraising and investor relations activities for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for raising capital from HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, Institutional Investors, and other investment channels while building and maintaining strong investor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to achieve capital raising targets for real estate projects.

- Identify, engage, and onboard HNI, UHNI, Family Offices, Institutional Investors, and Investment Firms.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and key stakeholders.

- Conduct investor meetings, presentations, roadshows, and project pitches.

- Prepare investment proposals, pitch decks, financial models, and fundraising materials.

- Collaborate with internal teams to structure investment opportunities and fundraising campaigns.

- Analyze market trends, investment opportunities, and investor requirements.

- Manage the end-to-end fundraising process, including due diligence and transaction closure.

- Maintain investor databases, CRM records, and fundraising reports.

- Provide regular updates to senior management on fundraising performance and investor engagement activities.

Preferred candidate profile:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 5-12 years of experience in Fundraising, Investor Relations, Capital Raising, Wealth Management, Institutional Sales, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Real Estate Investments.

- Strong network of HNI/UHNI investors, Family Offices, Wealth Managers, and Institutional Investors.

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Strong understanding of financial analysis, investment products, and capital markets.

- Proven track record of achieving fundraising or business development targets.

- Experience in Real Estate, Financial Services, Private Equity, Wealth Management, or Investment Advisory preferred.
