Vice President - Quality - Real Estate

Current opening for VP Quality role from Real Estate/Contracting background.

Designation : VP Quality

Qualification : Any Graduate / B.E / B Tech

CTC : CTC will not be a constraint for the right candidates.

Job Profile :

- Will be overall Responsible for Quality Management of all the projects.

- Ensure Quality Standards and Quality Assurance as per ISO Standards

- To conduct quality improvement plan.

- To build a capable Team and create a strong reliable network of service providers

- Responsible implement and maintenance of quality.

- To study, evaluate and if found in order bring in newly developed/latest quality improvement programs / methods in construction industry for upgrading of quality standards.

- To Design and monitor QC procedures for concrete, other materials

- To Carryout inspection and test as required

- To Carryout random inspections of material for construction work in conjunction with material / purchase / staff, as required.

Experience :

- Candidate should have min 25 years of experience especially in QA/QC of Multistoried/Hise Rise residential / Commercial, IT Parks, Malls, Retail, and Township Projects etc from Real Estate,PMC,Construction and Contracting companies. Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places
