Responsibilities:
- Execute and implement the financial crime testing plan across the Life business.
- Document testing results and prepare reports highlighting deficiencies, risks, and improvement areas.
- Coordinate the development and execution of mitigation plans for identified gaps.
- Implement financial crime action items and mitigation plans arising from assurance or audit findings.
- Provide guidance and support to 1LoD teams on financial crime controls, implementation, and testing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in driving remediation and ensuring accountability for closure of issues.
- Extensive experience in financial crime, ideally within financial services.
- Strong understanding of financial crime risk management controls and processes.
- Knowledge of EU/UK regulations or money laundering regulations and their application.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Risk or Financial Crime Compliance (QA/QC).
