Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join our Public Policy consulting practice at the Vice President level.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in public policy, proven client relationship skills, and the ability to lead projects, guide teams, and contribute to the practice's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Contribution:
- Support the development and execution of the firm's public policy strategy.
- Contribute to expanding the firm's capabilities in relevant practice areas.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and government representatives.
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of consulting engagements.
Research & Insights
- Lead and oversee research on public policy issues, trends, and implications.
- Provide actionable recommendations to clients based on robust analysis.
Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise and mentor consultants and analysts, encouraging collaboration and learning
- Contribute to recruitment and capability-building within the team.
Business Development Support
- Identify potential opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
- Represent the firm at relevant forums, panels, and industry events.
Policy Engagement
- Engage with policymakers, advocacy groups, and other stakeholders to support client objectives.
- Contribute to the firm's thought leadership through publications and presentations.
Education & Qualifications
- Master's degree in public policy, political science, law, economics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a dynamic environment.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in public policy consulting, government, or a related sector.
- At least 5-6 years in a leadership or senior project management role.
- Demonstrated success in client management and delivery of complex policy projects.
