Vice President - Projects - Real Estate

Role Overview:

We are looking for a B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 18+ years of experience to lead and oversee the planning, execution and successful delivery of large-scale, high-rise residential developments.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in managing premium high-rise residential and other projects with reputed builders in India or abroad, with proven expertise in project management, construction technology, cost optimisation, quality assurance and timely project delivery.

The position demands strong strategic leadership, technical competence and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining international standards of construction excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualisation and design coordination to construction, commissioning and handover.

- Develop project execution strategies aligned with organisational objectives, budgets and timelines.

- Drive operational excellence through modern construction practices and international project management standards.

- Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets and defined quality standards.

- Monitor project schedules, milestones, resource allocation and construction progress.

- Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.

- Introduce advanced construction methodologies and innovative technologies to improve productivity and efficiency.

- Oversee project budgeting, cost monitoring, procurement strategies and contract administration.

- Drive value engineering initiatives without compromising quality or safety.

- Manage contractors, consultants, suppliers and other external stakeholders to ensure optimum performance.
