Key Responsibilities:

- Lead multiple large-scale / high-rise residential projects from planning to handover.

- Develop project execution plans, budgets, schedules, resources and targets.

- Monitor time, cost, quality, safety and contractual performance.

- Lead Project Heads, Project Managers, Planning, QA/QC, MEP, Contracts and Procurement teams.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, PMC and authorities.

- Identify project risks / delays and drive corrective actions and cost optimization.

- Oversee contractor performance, billing, variations and commercial matters.

- Ensure quality, safety and statutory compliance.

- Drive ERP utilization for budgeting, procurement, contracts, billing, cost control, MIS and project tracking.

- Review ERP dashboards, KPIs and MIS and ensure accurate project data.

- Report project performance to MD / CEO / Management and ensure timely completion and handover.
