Vice President - Projects - Real Estate

Position: VP - Projects

Industry: Real Estate

Location: Tamil Nadu (Tamil Nadu experience is a must)

Qualification: B.E. (Civil) / Any Graduate / MBA or Post Graduate

CTC: Will not be a constraint for the right candidate

Experience:

- Minimum 20+ years in Project Operations, P&L, and Strategy Leadership within Real Estate / Construction.

- Proven expertise in managing High-Rise, Multistorey, Residential, and Commercial Projects from design to delivery.

- Chennai real estate project experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Full P&L ownership across multiple projects.

- Lead Project Management, AOP, Strategic Initiatives, and Business Planning.

- Oversee feasibility studies, budgeting, land acquisition, and statutory approvals.

- Drive contracts, tendering, execution, and stakeholder management.

- Ensure timely completion, cost efficiency, and quality standards across projects.

Ideal Candidate:

- Strong leadership experience in Operations, Planning, and Construction for large-scale high-rise/multistorey projects.

- Proven record of delivering complex real estate developments.

- Stable career with reputed developers or construction groups.
