About the Role:

- We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Vice President - Projects & Facility Management to lead large-scale store development, infrastructure expansion, and lifecycle management for a prestigious jewellery brand.

- Based in Bhubaneswar, you will oversee multiple retail and corporate sites, ensuring all projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

- This is a senior leadership position requiring a blend of engineering expertise, strategic vision, and executional discipline within the jewellery retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for planning, leading, and delivering multi-site store rollouts, refurbishments, and infrastructure upgrades in line with brand and business objectives.

- This includes managing the complete facilities lifecycle, ensuring preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and adherence to sustainability goals such as energy efficiency and ESG standards.

- You will manage CapEx and OpEx budgets effectively, build and maintain strong vendor partnerships, and negotiate cost-efficient contracts without compromising on quality.

- Governance, audits, and risk mitigation will be central to your role, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with legal and organizational standards.

- Your leadership will extend to building and mentoring a high-performing projects and facilities team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure retail spaces not only meet operational requirements but also reflect the brand's premium identity and enhance customer experience.

Required Qualifications:

- 10-15 years of proven experience in retail or luxury projects and facilities management, specifically within the jewellery industry.

- Strong track record in managing large-scale store development and corporate infrastructure projects.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an MBA preferred.

- Expertise in vendor management, contract negotiations, sustainability practices, and budget control.

- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
