Vice President - Project Transition - P&C Insuranc

VP - Transition position for a leading insurance group based at Delhi/ NCR.

Position : VP - Project Transition

Exp: 19 + yrs with good exposure in P&C insurance

Responsibilities:

- Leading and handling end to end transition and managing the project scope with complete ownership for successful execution.

- Manage & review the risk management procedures, change management procedures, issue management procedures, problem management procedures and quality management procedures

- Manage the transition/project management, track & report, governance of all transitions and ensure that all the projects are following the agreed transition methodology, framework and tools

- Establish robust governance, keep track of deliverables and transparently report status to clients and internal stakeholders

- Capture learning and best practices and ensure reinforcement in subsequent projects

- Constantly strive to evolve and improve Transition approach

Qualifications :

- Experience: 19+ years of Insurance project management experience with a focus on migration.

- Proven track record of successfully managing mid/large scale migration projects.

- Proficient in using MS Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
