Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, identify new opportunities, and expand customer relationships.

- Project Acquisition and Management: Lead project sales efforts, manage the full sales cycle, negotiate deals, and oversee successful execution.

- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue and expansion goals.

- Market Analysis and Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to shape strategic sales decisions.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive repeat business and loyalty.

Requirements (Essential Skills):

- 10+ years of experience in project sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of LED lighting solutions and commercial project sales cycles.

- Proven ability to generate revenue and lead sales teams to meet ambitious targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Experience working with EPC contractors, builders, or architects.

- Existing network within the LED or construction industry.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Achievement of sales and revenue targets

- Successful acquisition of new projects and clients

- Team performance and sales productivity

- Market expansion and new business development
