Responsibilities: - Monitor progress of projects on ground as well as financially - Evaluation of various risk associated with the project with reference to the changing environment factors and finding out ways for managing the risks - Drive rapid and consistent improvements to ensure that company delivers on time and in full, to budget, to quality standards, to the customers' expectations, and with the most effective use of resources Interaction/liaison with borrower and various FIs/Banks - Restructuring of stressed assets - Develop a string of monitoring mechanism for managed asset - Design effective report management mechanism - Ensure that Regulatory guidelines and recommendations are followed Expertise's: - Understanding of technical and commercial aspects of power sector/other infra sector - Understanding of critical financial issues in credit appraisal / due diligence / structuring of a product - Knowledge of RBI prudential norms - Must have successfully implemented restructuring of stressed assets. - Knowledge in regulatory aspects and working experience in other infra sector like port, road etc would be added advantage Experience: - Candidate should have minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience in monitoring & restructuring of projects preferably in Banks/FIs/Financial Services Companies/ Consultancy firms etc.
