Vice President - Project Monitoring & Recovery - Wholesale Lending/Project Finance - Travel & Tourism Sector

We are hiring a VP Project Monitoring & Recovery (Wholesale Lending) for our client in Travel and Tourism Sector.

Job Responsibilities:-

- Project Financing & Appraisals: Evaluate project viability, assess financial risks, and conduct feasibility studies.

- Loan Documentation: Prepare and review loan documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Disbursement: Manage loan disbursements, ensuring timely and accurate release of funds.

- Project Monitoring: Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.

- Follow-up & Recovery: Ensure timely loan repayments, follow up on overdue payments, and initiate recovery proceedings when necessary.

- Financial Statement Analysis: Analyze financial statements to assess borrower creditworthiness and monitor loan portfolio performance.

- Portfolio Management: Maintain a close watch on the loan portfolio, including regular site visits, promoter meetings, and monitoring early warning signals
