Vice President - Project Manager - Bank

Job Description:

- Prior experience delivering complex business and technology change projects in a Corporate Bank environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to distil information into key messages and present succinctly and confidently to a senior audience.

- Self-starter with ability to identify and engage stakeholders, prioritize activities to deliver to tight deadlines.

- Multi-task across a diverse book of work in a high-pressure environment.

- Experience in end-to-end project design and execution - preferably in Agile.

Some other highly valued skills may include:

- Corporate banking product knowledge (cash & trade) and an understanding of the front-to-back processes involved.

- Experience utilizing varied project methodologies (e.g. Waterfall and Agile).

- Essential to have good spoken and written communication skills

- Proven facilitation skills, Business Analysis skills, Process mapping skills

- Cross-functional collaboration in delivering projects working with stakeholders across geographies

- Awareness of project management in JIRA, knowledge of Confluence
