
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, engineers, contractors, and other professionals, providing direction and motivation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive action plans, project timelines, and resource allocation plans.
- Oversee the execution of projects according to quality standards and architectural details.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor and control day-to-day construction activities, including all civil, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical interfaces.
- Budget & Cost Management: Take responsibility for budget preparation, finalization of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and overall project costing, including labor costs.
- Approve bills of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Procurement & Vendor Management: Finalize rates and manage all types of work for subcontractors and third-party vendors.
- Ensure the preparation of material indents and approvals.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure the project is executed using effective methods and best building practices.
- Take full responsibility for the security and safety of materials at the site and in stores.
- Schedule & Financial Management: Prepare and manage construction, resource, and procurement schedules, and facilitate cash flow.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's in any related field.
- A certificate course for Project Management is a plus.
- Experience: 20 years and above of experience in the construction of high-rise residential buildings and large, high-value gated communities.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects, budgets, and cross-functional teams
