Vice President - Project Finance - Bank

We are seeking experienced professionals at the Associate and Vice President levels for our Project Finance Portfolio Management team. The role involves managing and monitoring a diversified portfolio of project finance and structured credit exposures across sectors such as Power & Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Leveraged Finance, and Syndicated Loans.

- The ideal candidate will possess strong credit analysis, risk management, and financial modelling capabilities, with experience in project finance transactions within banking or financial institutions.

- Manage and monitor an existing portfolio comprising Project Finance, Infrastructure Finance, Syndicated Loans, Energy Finance, and Leveraged Lending exposures.

- Conduct detailed credit analysis and periodic credit reviews of assigned accounts.

- Identify emerging risks and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies.

- Monitor watchlist and problem loan accounts, including escalation and reporting of key risk indicators.

- Review borrower financials, cash flows, covenants, and repayment capacity.

- Coordinate renewal and extension of matured/maturing loans and credit facilities.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders including business teams, product groups, credit divisions, and risk management functions.

- Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and external regulatory requirements.

- Analyze and interpret complex financial models and project finance structures.

- Support portfolio reporting, stress testing, and risk monitoring activities.

- Assist in administrative agency, restructuring, or workout situations where required.
