Job Profile
This is a critical leadership role focused on driving execution while working within a clear framework that supports collaboration, consistency, and transparency across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, and handover of large-scale commercial kitchen and laundry projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Design, Procurement, Execution, and Operations & Strategy teams to ensure smooth project workflows and timely execution.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the Projects function in all senior-level discussions with clients, consultants, and internal leadership.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and third parties for inspections and approvals.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Drive project-level budgeting and forecasting while working within the organisation's financial planning and review framework.
- Reporting & Governance: Prepare and present project updates, MIS, and cost reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing project team that values accountability, coordination, and results.
Candidate Profile
1. Education: Any Graduate or Any Post Graduate with 15 - 30 years of experience in commercial kitchen and laundry workflows, from design through execution
2. Working knowledge of design software: AutoCAD, Revit (or equivalent) must
3. Experience in leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects in the hospitality or institutional space.
4. Excellent planning, budgeting, and risk management skills
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
6. Collaborative mindset with high ownership and attention to detail
