Key Requirements & Skills:

- 10-15 years of experience in Banking / Financial Services (BFSI)

- Proven expertise in Project / Program Management and large transformation initiatives

- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and remediation projects

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills
