Job Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished Vice President of Products with extensive experience (12+ years) to define and execute the strategic product vision across our global platform, spanning wealth management, core FinTech, and international financial services. This executive leadership role demands a blend of Global Product Thinking and a deep, intuitive understanding of consumer behavior and product excellence in the FinTech space. The VP will be the ultimate owner of the product lifecycle, driving execution from initial MVP to scaling 1 100, while fostering bold thinking and deep collaboration across Product, Design, and Technology teams.
Job Description:
Product Vision and Strategy Ownership:
- Define, articulate, and maintain the strategic Product Visionthe absolute "north star"that guides all development across the wealth, core fintech, and global financial services portfolio.
- Establish a cohesive Global Product Thinking framework, ensuring solutions effectively solve for the complexities of diverse user bases, multiple currencies, and varied international financial behaviors.
- Apply a unique Global Indian Lens (Indian roots with a global worldview) to the product strategy, ensuring thinking and execution successfully span multiple geographies and market contexts.
- Drive strategic planning, road mapping, and resource allocation to align product initiatives directly with the company's long-term business goals and market leadership ambitions.
Full-Lifecycle Execution and Product Excellence:
- Take complete ownership of the 1 100 Execution pipeline, driving the full product lifecycle from the initial discovery and MVP (Minimum Viable Product) stage through to hyper-scale and achieving market-leading status.
- Demonstrate a strong Intuition for UX & Fintech, ensuring all product deliveries reflect a deep understanding of consumer behavior, interaction design principles, and best-in-class product excellence.
- Lead the definition of business requirements, functional specifications, and key success metrics (KPIs) for new product initiatives, holding teams accountable for measurable outcomes.
- Champion a data-driven culture, utilizing market research, competitive analysis, and in-depth quantitative data to inform product decisions and optimize existing features.
Cross-Functional and Technical Leadership:
- Provide decisive, influential Leadership That Moves by leading and unifying large, cross-functional teams spanning Product Management, Design, and Technology/Engineering.
- Foster a culture of deep collaboration, bold thinking, and meaningful impact, breaking down silos and ensuring unified effort toward product goals.
- Serve as the executive sponsor for major product initiatives, communicating strategy and status clearly to the CEO, Board, and all external stakeholders.
- Mentor and scale the product management organization, establishing best-in-class processes for continuous discovery, delivery, and portfolio management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Mandatory 12+ years of progressive product management experience, with significant time in a senior/executive leadership role (VP, SVP, or Head of Product).
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding and experience in FinTech, Wealth Management, and/or Global Financial Services.
- Execution Track Record: Proven success in scaling products from initial concept (MVP) to mature, market-leading solutions (1 100 execution).
- Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated ability to define and execute a compelling, long-term Product Vision across complex, multi-market platforms.
- Leadership: Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with proven success leading integrated teams across Product, Design, and Technology.
Preferred Skills:
- Masters Degree (MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification) or a technical degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Experience managing products with an international or multi-currency focus (Global Product Thinking).
- Deep technical familiarity with APIs, microservices, and modern technology stacks relevant to scalable FinTech platforms.
- Experience operating in a highly regulated industry and managing compliance requirements within the product development process.
