Role: VP - Production - Apparel & Accessories The VP Of production is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of apparel products. This role involves strategic planning, operational management, team leadership, and collaboration with various departments to achieve production goals. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Goal Setting: - Develop and implement production strategies aligned with organizational goals and market demands. - Set production targets, budgetary allocations, and performance metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement. Operational Management: - Oversee the entire production process, from sourcing raw materials to product manufacturing and distribution. - Monitor and optimize production workflows to maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and ensure cost-effectiveness. Quality Assurance: - Establish and maintain high-quality standards for all apparel products, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer expectations. - Implement quality control measures and processes to minimize defects and returns.
