Key Responsibilities
1. P&L Management
- Own the P&L for the two-wheeler finance business, ensuring achievement of budgeted topline and bottom-line targets.
- Formulate and drive strategies to optimize OPEX, credit costs, and overall profitability.
- Monitor portfolio performance and ensure risk-adjusted returns.
2. Product Management (Two wheeler is mandatory)
- Develop a curated product bouquet catering to varied customer profiles (salaried, self-employed, first-time buyers, rural/urban segments).
- Design and implement pricing, payout, and incentive structures to drive business growth.
- Continuously benchmark products against market trends and competition.
3. Driving Sales & Distribution
- Hire, nurture, and lead the sales force to deliver topline targets and key business metrics.
- Currently oversee a team of 100+ Territory Managers with a strong supervisory structure.
- Build alliances and partnerships across India to strengthen channel networks.
- Drive alternate distribution through national aggregators, online portals, and lead management systems.
4. Growth Strategy & Market Planning
- Lead the growth charter during the festive season, creating targeted campaigns and offers to maximize disbursements.
- Plan and execute market strategies aligned with regional demand, dealer activations, and customer behavior.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure strong execution of seasonal initiatives.
5. Partnerships & Alliances
- Forge deep partnerships with OEMs and multi-brand dealers.
- Establish strategic alliances with fintechs, NBFCs, and digital platforms for customer acquisition.
6. Customer & Digital Experience
- Collaborate with technology and digital teams to enhance customer onboarding and servicing journeys.
- Implement data-driven insights to improve customer engagement, retention, and cross-sell opportunities.
7. Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with risk, credit, operations, and compliance teams.
- Represent the two-wheeler finance business in management reviews and strategy forums.
- Develop leadership talent within the business vertical to build a sustainable growth engine.
