Vice President - Product/Product Leader - Startup

As we enter our next phase of growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Product Leader to drive innovation, scale product offerings, and create learner-centric solutions that redefine how education is delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and drive the product strategy and roadmap for flagship learning platforms and offerings.

- Translate learner needs, market trends, and business priorities into scalable, innovative product solutions.

- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, content, design, data, and marketing teams to deliver seamless learner experiences.

- Use data-driven insights to optimize adoption, engagement, and retention metrics.

- Represent the product vision with senior leadership and external stakeholders.

- Drive experimentation, ensuring we stay ahead in the competitive EdTech landscape.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: 12-19 years in product management, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.

- Proven success in building and scaling digital platforms/products (EdTech, SaaS, or consumer-tech strongly preferred).

- Deep understanding of user behavior, digital learning, and engagement models.

- Strong mix of strategic vision + executional excellence.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Passion for education, technology, and learner success.
