Vice President/Product Manager - Finance/FP&A Transformation

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager / Product Leader with strong FP&A / Planning & Analysis domain expertise to own and drive digital products and platforms supporting Finance teams.

The ideal candidate will combine Product Management, Finance Transformation, Data & Analytics, and Technology expertise and work closely with Finance, Engineering, Data Science and senior business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own product vision, strategy, roadmap and prioritisation for Finance/FP&A products.

- Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimisation.

- Translate Finance/P&A business requirements into product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Partner with Engineering, Data Science and Technology teams on data-driven and cloud-based solutions.

- Drive solutions around budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, management reporting and performance analytics.

- Define KPIs and use data insights to improve product performance and business outcomes.

- Manage senior stakeholders across Finance, Technology and business functions.

- Drive Agile product development, backlog management and SDLC execution.

- Mentor and guide junior Product Managers/team members.

Must-Have Skills:

- 8+ years of relevant Product Management experience.

- Strong understanding of FP&A / Planning & Analysis processes.

- Experience in financial forecasting, planning and financial models.

- Product strategy, roadmap, prioritisation, requirements and lifecycle management.

- Experience in Finance Transformation / digitisation of Finance processes.

- Strong Data & Analytics orientation.

- Experience working with Engineering / Technology / Data Science teams.

- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

- Experience in Banking / Financial Services is highly preferred.

Good to Have:

- AWS, Databricks, ML/AI concepts, Python/R/SAS, Data Visualisation, Jira and Confluence.
