About the Role:

Seeking a visionary Product Leader to drive AI-first SaaS solutions in the Life & Annuities (L&A) domain.

The role focuses on shaping and scaling domain-specific Agentic AI products that redefine enterprise transformation across insurance services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead solution design by understanding client challenges, defining value propositions, and driving cross-functional collaboration.

- Oversee product strategy, roadmap, and execution for L&A policy administration and transformation initiatives.

- Guide conversations on policy conversions and automation in contact centers or mailroom operations.

- Define and communicate product vision and success metrics aligned with business goals.

- Partner with engineering, design, and GTM teams to ensure high-impact product launches.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to guide roadmap priorities.

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring adoption and customer satisfaction.

- Represent the product at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

Required Experience & Skills:

- Proven leadership in managing client relationships and transformation projects within Life & Annuities in the US, UK, or Australia.

- Strong understanding of L&A policy admin systems, industry regulations, and offshoring models.

- Hands-on experience in automation, AI integration, or contact center modernization.

- Background in enterprise SaaS platforms (finance automation, insurance, P2P, or similar).

- Strong product management expertise, strategic execution, and analytical decision-making.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
