Vice President Product Management (RTR)
Location: Gurugram
Role Summary:
The Vice President - Product Management will lead the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for RTR's digital platforms. The role is responsible for delivering customer-centric products that drive business growth, enhance user experience, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap.
- Lead end-to-end product development across Web and Mobile platforms.
- Build innovative retirement planning and investment solutions.
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, activation, and retention.
- Translate business needs into product requirements and prioritize the product backlog.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams.
- Leverage data and customer insights to improve product performance and user experience.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Product Management team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in FinTech, Wealth Management, Digital Banking, Broking, or Investment Platforms.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling customer-facing digital products.
