Vice President - Product Management

Description:

- 8-12 years of product management experience with at least 3-4 years in a leadership role

- Strong track record of building consumer-facing mobile apps at scale (1M+ users)

- Prior experience in quick-commerce, on-demand services, logistics, or marketplace platforms (Swiggy, Zomato, Zepto, Dunzo, Urban Company, Porter, Ola, Uber, etc.)

- Experience scaling products through high-growth phases (10x user growth, geographic expansion)

Skills & Competencies:

- Deep understanding of two-sided/three-sided marketplace dynamics and supply-demand matching

- Strong product sense with ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

- Data-driven mindset: comfort with SQL, analytics tools, experimentation frameworks, and metric definition

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence without authority

- Bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment

Technical Understanding:

- Strong grasp of mobile app development (React Native/Flutter), backend systems, and API architecture

- Familiarity with geo-location technologies, real-time tracking, payment integrations, and notification systems

- Understanding of ML/AI applications for demand forecasting, dynamic pricing, and matching algorithms

Domain Knowledge (Preferred):

- Experience with subscription/membership models and recurring revenue optimization

- Knowledge of operational complexities in hyperlocal service delivery
