Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Delivery: Drive the end-to-end product strategy and delivery for our collaboration devices and interactive display systems, from concept to launch. Hardware-Software Integration: Lead all hardware-software integration efforts, specifically for AV systems (sound, mic, camera), large displays, and embedded control units. Roadmap & Innovation: Define and execute product roadmaps for intelligent collaboration tools, leveraging AI/ML and GenAI technologies to create innovative solutions. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, QA, and hardware teams, to ensure a seamless user experience. Ecosystem Integration: Ensure compatibility and deep integration with leading platforms like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex. Stakeholder Engagement: Work directly with CXOs, enterprise clients, and vendors to align business needs with product innovation. Market Validation: Oversee demos, pilots, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs), focusing on real-time collaboration environments. Engineering Excellence: Lead global teams and drive a culture of engineering excellence across the board. Required Qualifications: Experience: 15+ years in software product leadership, with at least 5 years in hardware-integrated environments. Hardware-Software Expertise: Proven background in building products that combine hardware and software, such as displays, AV systems, or IoT-enabled collaboration devices. Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of embedded systems, graphics integration, and performance optimization. Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience with product development, system architecture, and cross-functional delivery. Ecosystem Familiarity: Deep familiarity with collaboration tools and real-time communication ecosystems. AI/ML Exposure: Exposure to AI/ML and data analytics in collaboration or device environments. Communication: Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience with CXO-level interactions. Education: A Bachelor's or Master's in any related flield is a plus
