Vice President of Product:
We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Vice President of Product to lead our product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our fast-growing quick-commerce platform. The ideal candidate is a customer-obsessed product leader with deep experience in high-velocity, consumer-facing digital products and the ability to scale products in an extremely competitive ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define and own the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Identify new opportunities to differentiate the platform in the quick-commerce space (speed, assortment, UX, personalization, pricing, logistics, etc.).
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor offerings to drive innovation.
Product Execution:
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecyclefrom ideation and requirements to launch and performance tracking.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact, scalability, and ROI.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Business teams to deliver high-quality products at speed.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Drive alignment across business, operations, supply chain, marketing, and tech stakeholders.
- Partner with Operations and Logistics teams to enhance delivery efficiency, fulfilment reliability, and inventory experience.
- Represent the product function in leadership discussions and board reviews.
Team Building:
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team (PMs, UX, research, analytics).
- Establish best practices in product discovery, experimentation, data-driven decision making, and customer-first thinking.
Data & Performance:
- Define product KPIs and success metrics across growth, retention, conversion, and operational efficiency.
- Drive a culture of experimentation (A/B tests, user research, funnel optimization).
- Leverage data insights to make informed decisions and measure impact.
Qualifications:
Must Have:
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 4+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, hyperlocal delivery, retail tech, or marketplace platforms.
- Proven track record of scaling high-traffic consumer products.
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, and rapid delivery business models.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with rapid experimentation and growth product methodologies.
- Background in building mobile-first products with large daily active user bases.
- Understanding of AI/ML-driven personalization, pricing, or demand forecasting.
- Experience in international markets or multi-city operations.
