Vice President - Product Engineering Delivery & Practice

Role Overview:

Head -Product Engineering Delivery & Practice is a critical executive leadership role, accountable for scaling and transforming global delivery and capabilities of SPE across multiple strategic accounts and industry domains. The role will be based in India, serving markets in the US, Europe, and APAC, and will operate at the intersection of technology strategy, operational delivery, and capability growth.

This role demands visionary leadership, strong grounding in modern software engineering, as well as strong customer orientation, with responsibility for business outcomes, client success, and AI-first delivery excellence.

As the Practice Head, you will:

- Lead large-scale engineering operations (1,000-1,500+ associates across multiple geographies)

- Drive multi-million-dollar portfolio growth ($50M+ expanding to $100M+), with accountability for revenue, profitability, and client value creation.

- Shape and operationalize the future of delivery with AI, automation, and engineering best practices.Partner with clients to embed digital, product, and AI strategies into their business transformation journeys.

- Build and groom a next-generation leadership pipeline within delivery, anchored on innovation, ownership, and execution excellence.
