Vice President - Product & Technology - Private Equity

Our client is building a technology - first private equity and alternatives platform. They have already began the journey and has built firm's central nervous system and now want a technology and product leader who can take the ambition materially further.

The VP - Technology & Product will inherit an emerging platform, a set of live use cases, committed senior sponsorship and a firm that wants technology to become part of how it competes. The opportunity is to shape the architecture, challenge our current thinking where required, and build towards a genuine leadership position over time.

This is more than a Technology Strategy role - it's about turning ideas into real business outcomes.

The role is deliberately broader than ownership of a fixed list of products. The VP will own the evolution of company's technology and product architecture across the full private equity value chain. The current priorities provide a starting point, not a boundary.

The VP will:

- Understand business needs and challenges

- Design practical technology and product solutions

- Build the right team and delivery model

- Own execution from idea to implementation

- Drive adoption and measurable impact

Experience needed:

- 4 - 8 years of experience, with responsibilities beyond their years

- Has built products/platforms from zero to real - world use

- Strong mix of product thinking + technical expertise

- Experience managing teams, developers, or technology partners

- Background in fintech, enterprise tech, investment management, or B2B platforms

- Moves fast, while keeping security, reliability, and scalability in mind
