Description:
- Create a scalable consumer entertainment experience built for mobile-first India.
- Define the architecture for discovery, engagement loops, subscriptions, retention, and habit formation.
2. User Insight & Growth KPIs
Lead strategy and execution across:
- Install subscription conversion (goal: 2030%).
- Weekly/Monthly active users (WAU/DAU).
- Time spent and engagement loops.
- Annual retention (goal: 30% 60%).
- UI/UX simplification for mass India.
- Use first-principles reasoning to identify what drives user behaviour not just dashboards.
3. Ownership & Execution
- Run product sprints, experiments, A/B tests, and fast iteration cycles.
- Collaborate tightly with engineering, design, AI, and growth.
- Convert user psychology into features, loops, and workflows.
- Build retention mechanisms inspired by best-class consumer apps (e.g., gamification, binge loops, personalization).
4. Team & Process Building
- Hire and mentor PMs, UX designers, and analysts as the product team scales.
- Introduce world-class product processes, frameworks, and decision systems from scratch.
- Establish a culture of speed, experimentation, clarity, and ownership.
Ideal Background

- Built and owned end-to-end user journeys not just small vertical features.
- Strong first-principles and common-sense product thinking.
- Deep insight behaviour patterns.
- Ability to define direction without needing instruction.
- Experience working closely with engineering + design.
