Vice President - Procure to Pay

Role Overview:

Seeking a seasoned PTP leader to drive end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations, with strong expertise in Accounts Payable, T&E, Vendor Reconciliation, and PR-to-PO processes. The role will focus on operational excellence, team leadership, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage large-scale PTP operations (400+ FTEs)

- Drive process efficiency, productivity, and SLA adherence

- Oversee invoice processing, payments, and vendor management

- Ensure compliance with SOX, audit, tax, and regulatory standards

- Manage stakeholder relationships and resolve escalations

- Lead process transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives

- Monitor KPIs, CSAT, audit outcomes, and operational performance

- Drive team development, engagement, and retention

Requirements:

- 25+ years of experience in end-to-end PTP operations

- Strong leadership experience managing large teams

- Background in shared services / global delivery environments

- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

- Proven track record in driving transformation and operational excellence
