Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President - Process Training to lead the design, implementation, and governance of end-to-end training strategy for healthcare operations, including RCM, payer, provider, and clinical processes. The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in US healthcare and a proven track record in building scalable training functions in large healthcare BPO or shared services environments. This role is critical in ensuring training alignment with operational performance, compliance, and client SLAs, while also fostering continuous learning and development across all levels. Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive the global training strategy across healthcare operations (RCM, payer/provider services, clinical/non-clinical processes). - Develop and implement scalable process training frameworks that align with business goals and compliance standards. - Lead training need analysis (TNA) in coordination with operations and quality teams. - Design, develop, and roll out curricula and learning paths for new hires, cross-training, leadership development, and upskilling programs. - Build a robust Train-the-Trainer (TTT) model and manage a high-performing team of training managers, facilitators, and instructional designers. - Oversee training governance, including metrics/KPIs (TAT, effectiveness, productivity uplift, learning ROI). - Ensure audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and client-specific certification training requirements are met. - Collaborate with Operations, Quality, HR, Compliance, and Client stakeholders to improve employee performance and business outcomes. - Implement and scale digital learning tools and LMS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Docebo). - Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development across the organization. Key Qualifications: - 15+ years of experience in training & development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing process training in healthcare BPO/RCM/operations. - Strong expertise in US healthcare processes - payer, provider, coding, billing, denial management, etc. - Proven track record of managing large-scale training teams across multiple geographies or business units. - Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, digital learning strategies, and eLearning content development. - Sound understanding of performance metrics, data analytics in training, and ROI measurement. - Experience in supporting client transitions, process migrations, and new project ramps through training. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
