VP - Process Mining Roles and Responsibilities: - Responsible for leading, identifying, and driving squads toward the acceleration of Simplification, Digitalisation, and Automation opportunities of the end-to-end process transformation within projects. - Responsible for generating high-value use cases, working closely with the customers performing data transformations, conducting analysis, and developing data-driven process insights and actions. - Look for opportunities in implementing the newest features and functionalities of process mining, like Process Automation, Task Mining and Machine Learning. - Play the role of strategic advisors along the entire Celonis driven transformation journey. - Bring an affinity for Big Data, Process Mining, using analytical thinking. - Leverage and build on Design a re-usable deployment approach to enable RPA, ML and AI future transformation capability. Qualification: - Candidate should have minimum 15 years of Overall work experience required and minimum 3 yrs of experience required working on Celonis. - Candidate should have good exposure working on Process mining, Data mining , Data Analytics, Process mapping, Big data, Value framing, root cause analysis, Re - Engineering ,Digital and Business Transformation , Service delivery. - RPA, AI , ML would bring add on advantage.
