Vice President Private Equity Fund Accounting(US Shift)

Role Overview:

This leadership role will own process, platform, people, and client service, ensuring accurate financial reporting, investor servicing, and regulatory compliance at scale. You will partner closely with Front Office, Investor Relations, Tax, Compliance, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial close & reporting (US GAAP/IFRS)

- Oversee capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting

- Manage valuations & waterfall allocations (carry, pref, catch-ups)

- Ensure regulatory compliance (AIFMD, FATCA/CRS, Form PF)

- Drive automation, system enhancements & process improvements

- Act as senior point of contact for LPs and internal stakeholders

- Build and lead high-performing global teams

What We're Looking For:

- 12+ years in Private Equity / Alternatives Fund Accounting

- Strong expertise in fund structures, waterfalls, and investor allocations

- Experience with platforms like Investran, Allvue, eFront, Yardi, Workiva

- Proven leadership managing multi-location teams

- CPA / ACA preferred
