Vice President - Presales Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage pre-sales activities across multiple regions and states 2. Handle B2B and B2C sales of capital medical devices, 3. Develop and manage the sales funnel and strategy in alignment with business goals 4. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients Oversee tender management, including experience with the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. 5. Build, guide, and manage a team of 10-15 sales professionals 6. Establish and maintain relationships with channel partners and HNI distributor networks 7. Take complete ownership of sales processes and team performance 8. Represent the organization in client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions Key Skills & Attributes: - Proven leadership and team management experience - Deep understanding of capital equipment sales in the healthcare/medical devices industry - Familiarity with government procurement processes, especially GeM - Excellent decision-making, ownership mindset, and leadership skills - Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal behavior - High enthusiasm and ability to forecast individual and team growth - Willingness to travel extensively for business purposes
