The Role : Leadership role in Pre-Sales & Solutions
Location: Bangalore (Preffered), Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai (optional )
Reports To: SVP & Global Head of Solutions
About Company : Listed Healthcare BPM with specialization in healthcare operations, combining deep domain knowledge with tech-led transformation to improve outcomes for payers, providers, and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Leadership: Architect end-to-end digital solutions, including AI-enabled CX, workflow digitization, and agent-assist AI.
Deal Strategy: Own the pursuit lifecycle, crafting value propositions that link digital capabilities to outcomes like lower cost-to-serve and improved NPS.
Commercial Design: Develop innovative pricing models, including outcome-based, consumption-based, and digital-led FTE reduction constructs.
C-Suite Engagement: Lead advisory conversations and workshops with CIOs, CDOs, and Heads of Digital to design future-state journeys.
Thought Leadership: Publish whitepapers and represent the organization at global healthcare and digital forums.
What We Are Looking For?
Experience: 15-22+ years in digital operations, pre-sales, or CX transformation.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to win large, digital-led deals ranging from $10M to $50M+.
Technical Savvy: Familiarity with platforms like Facets, HRP, Genesys, and AWS, alongside a deep understanding of GenAI and automation implementation.
Leadership: A design-oriented mindset with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary, global teams
Mandatory skills: BPO/BPM, healthcare pair industry, Presales and Solutioning
