About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary Vice President - Platform Innovation, Emerging Tech & Gaming to lead the strategy, design, and execution of cutting-edge, platform-first brand solutions and digital innovations.

In this strategic leadership role, you will bridge the intersection of emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, spatial computing), gaming/eSports, and youth culture to build scalable playbooks, forge high-impact strategic partnerships, and drive transformative experiences for global brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Innovation Roadmap & Thought Leadership:

- Define and drive the strategic roadmap for emerging tech, interactive media, and gaming-led brand solutions.

- Develop scalable playbooks, frameworks, and methodologies for integrating AI, AR/VR, Web3, spatial computing, and digital platforms into enterprise/brand strategies.

- Stay ahead of industry shifts across gaming ecosystems, creator/youth culture marketing, and digital consumer trends to identify new growth vectors.

Gaming & Emerging Tech Platform Solutions:

- Architect immersive, interactive, and platform-first experiences leveraging eSports, gaming platforms (e.g., Roblox, Fortnite, Unity/Unreal engines), and interactive content networks.

- Conceptualize and execute AI and AR/VR-driven campaigns and solutions that deepen engagement with next-gen audiences.

Strategic Partnerships & Alliances:

- Cultivate and expand high-level relationships with tech platforms, gaming publishers, hardware manufacturers, creator networks, and media agencies.

- Negotiate and structure strategic alliance agreements to enable co-innovation and proprietary access to emerging tools and platforms.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, creative, and business development teams to bring complex digital products and experiences from concept to commercial launch.

- Act as an executive advisor to key client leaders and C-suite stakeholders, presenting innovative digital transformation concepts and ROI-backed solution blueprints.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 12 - 15 years of progressive experience spanning emerging technologies, gaming/eSports, digital platforms, brand partnerships, content/media, or youth culture marketing.

- Location: Mumbai

- Notice Period: Max 60 Days (Immediate joiners or shorter notice preferred)
